Welcome to haven

We love our clients and are passionate about massage therapy and holistic health, so feel free to visit us during normal business hours. We are usually available in the office Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM, but please note that the doors may be locked if everyone is in session. Each practitioner offers their own wellness services and keeps their own hours, which are available for booking from Monday to Sunday, emphasizing the importance of the mind-body connection.
