Mandie has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2006 and has spent nearly two decades helping individuals improve their physical well-being, reduce stress, and reconnect with their bodies. Massage therapy has always been a meaningful part of her life and professional identity, and she continues to reserve a limited number of appointments for clients seeking therapeutic bodywork.

Over the years, her passion for helping people heal expanded beyond physical wellness and into mental and emotional health. Today, she primarily practices as a professional counselor, working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents navigating life's challenges, relationship difficulties, trauma, anxiety, depression, and personal growth.

her counseling approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-informed care. She believes that meaningful change occurs when people are given both practical tools and a compassionate space to better understand themselves.

Whether she is working with a counseling client or providing massage therapy, her goal remains the same: to help people feel more connected, empowered, and capable of creating lasting change in their lives.
